Why was my payment declined?

If a card payment fails, please:

• Double-check the card details (number, expiry date, cardholder name, CVV) and billing address.
• Confirm you haven’t hit your credit limit and that the bank hasn’t placed a temporary hold.
• Try another card or switch to PayPal if the issue continues.

If it still doesn’t go through, contact your bank. You can also reach us with the error message and any details you have so we can help troubleshoot.

Why can’t I check out?

Sometimes a browser or device issue is the culprit. Please try:

• Refreshing the page, switching browsers, or using another device.
• Checking out with PayPal to see if that resolves it.
