What payment methods are accepted?

Why was my payment declined?
Payment issues usually stem from a few common areas. Please double-check your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) and billing address for accuracy. You should also confirm with your bank that you haven’t exceeded your credit limit or that a temporary hold hasn't been placed on your account. If the issue persists, trying another card or using PayPal often resolves the problem.
I'm having trouble completing my checkout. What should I do?
Sometimes a browser or device setting can interfere with the checkout process. We recommend refreshing the page, switching browsers, or attempting checkout on another device. If you are still stuck, please contact our customer service team with the product details (name, quantity, color, and size), and we will gladly generate a secure payment link for you.
Shipping and Delivery
What is the typical order processing time?
Our fulfillment team works quickly to process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) of purchase. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can generally expect delivery within 3–10 business days. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is the shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately, ideally within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to process the cancellation, but we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

What is your return window and policy?
We offer a 14-day "Risk-Free – Money Back Guarantee." If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page. Please use the subject line “Refund” and include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Our team will then provide you with a return address and guide you through the next steps.
Who covers the shipping cost for a return?
- Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide your choice of a replacement or a full refund.
- Other Reasons: For returns due to reasons like disliking the product, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes, for health and hygiene reasons, certain direct-contact bedding items such as pillows, bed sheets, blankets, and mattress toppers cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be faulty upon arrival. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. If you experience a delay, please first check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
